Samagra Children Celebrated New Years!


10/01/17 Mrs. Suchitra Agrawal: It was a gala celebration which was attended by 90 people. The Samagra children performed on many folk songs,a skit on alcoholism and the younger children presented an aerobics drill. Dr Nisha donated Rs25,000, and a lot of snacks were distributed by our likeminded friends. Mr Arun,a builder distributed fruits and sweets. He also announced snack distribution twice a week on a regular basis. Mrs Seema baked a cake and shared it with the children. Kanchan a student of class 10th, who won a bronze medal in Karate at the district level,  was honoured by Mrs Suchitra and was presented with a cash incentive.  Dr Neha, who is a very good dancer, also
Promised to give these girls a platform.  Dr S. Pasricha, renowned clinical Psychologist distributed snacks and Mr Rakesh Bhatia, an Industrialist, was also present and distributed nutritional snacks to the children.
  Everybody appreciated the efforts and the role of Samagra in the betterment of the society. It was followed by high tea.

Dr. Nisha Gera's son Debashish's Birthday Celebration.


Dr. Nisha and Mr. Rajiv celebrated their son Debashish’s birthday with the Samagra family on 27th December 2016.  It was a grand party enjoyed by everybody. The Samagra kids danced to many songs in celebration.
            Dr. Nisha and Dr. Neha could not resist themselves and joined the children.
            Smt. Suchitra Agrawal, managing trustee Samagra, presented a card signed by all the people present and a small gift. Dr. Nisha gave many gifts to the performs at this event..

Samagra Students Celebrate Christmas on 23rd December 2016.

This year Christmas fell on Sunday which is a holiday in Samagra, its students celebrated the festival on 23rd December.  The students presented songs, poems and sang Christmas carols.  There was enthusiasm and gaiety all around. Almost 40 students, all the staff and some guests participated in the festival. One student was dressed Santa clause and distributed toffees to all the Samagra boys.
            A cake was cut and snacks were given to the students.
            Short speeches were delivered by Smt. Suchitra Agrawal, Shri Suresh Chandra and Dr. Nisha Gera. They explained to the students the importance of the Christmas and how Samagra is celebrating the festivals of other religions as well.

Shri Satya Sai Baba Temple Subhash Nagar Dehradun


Mrs. Suchitra Agarwal was invited as chief guest at Shri Satya Sai Baba Temple at Subhas Nagar Dehradun.  Women's Day is being celebrated by this organization every year on 23rd November.
