New stitching centre started in slum of Brahampuri Dehradun

19th May 2016
Samagra started a new cutting & tailoring training centre in a slum called Brahmpuri. This centre is being run in a Shiva temple of this area. 26 girls and women are participating in it. This program will last for two months in which they will be learning drafting cutting sewing and adaptations .We hope that by the end of this program trainees will be able to make garments confidently. Our Canadian gusts visited the centre and appreciated the work. Sweets were distributed to all the trainees.
